There are certain things that can’t be bettered; most films for example. Remakes are often poor, or barely adequate. The same can be said for music. Sometimes, a track will come along that just can’t be bettered. Many remixes or bootlegs will appear but none will touch the original!
There are, of course, exceptions to this rule.
‘N’n’G – I Keep’ is one of my all time favourite garage tracks so when I saw this remix pop up in my soundcloud feed, I was more than a little dubious. However, this remix is on point, and brings this classic right up to date.
Punchy, shuffly beats with more than a nod to the original and some added oomph in the bassline department make this a nice little number to drop.
