Although hailing from the UK, Gyu has been residing in Russia for the past few years, churning out his trademark ice-cold beats on labels such as Urban Scrumping, Subgrade and Coral. ‘Sunblast’ is a super smooth hybrid of house, garage and dubstep that is built around a looping vocal and cavernous bassline. Glittering bleeps and glacial pads add to the atmosphere as the rhythm draws you deeper in.
