Rub A Duck is proud to announce a new EP from Kouncilhouse, produced in collaboration with Knightfreak and the legendary Ashley Slater. Kouncilhouse is the latest addition to the ever growing Rub A Duck family.
For Kouncilhouse it all started back in 2008 when he began his first record label with the Drum N Bass legend Micky Finn. He has worked with many big names such as Faithless, Stanton Warriors, Leeroy Thornhill (Prodigy), Future Sound of London, Atomic Hooligan, Dub Pistols, Calverton, Pendulum and Freestylers. With guestmixes on Radio 1 (Annie Nightingale), Kiss 100 and Radio Record, Kouncilhouse is a UK force to be reckoned with.
This brand new EP not only features Knightfreak (who will soon release an EP on Rub A Duck as well) but also the legendary Ashley Slater who was in the band Freak Power with Norman Cook a.k.a. Fatboy Slim. Ashley Slater also worked with Dub Pistols, Dimitri From Paris and Rui Da Silva and recently appeared with Elvis Costello and Debbie Harry at the London Jazz Festival. The EP package features a killing Original and Radio Edit, including banging remixes from Intraspekt (Drum ‘n’ Bass) and Leuce Rhythms (breaks).
